[fdo-internals] New RFC posted

Hi,

 

RFC 8 (http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/wiki/FDORfc8) has been updated as per
comments received. In addition, I updated the document RFC
Attachment.doc that is attached to the RFC. I also created a
corresponding PDF version of it (RFC Attachment.pdf). Therefore, please
disregard the RFC attachment ExpressionFunctionSignatures.pdf.

 

Please review the RFC and provide feedback by end of day tomorrow
(Friday, August 24th). If no changes are required it is my intent to
motion that a vote for the acceptance of the RFC be made and
subsequently voted on by the PSC.
