[fdo-internals] Code Submission Notification - Fixed & enhanced ODBC unit tests

- Fixed OdbcBaseSetup to properly track which datastores have been
created, taking into account the suffix of the datastores

- Fixed OdbcOracleFdoMultiThreadTest to properly log errors that occur
within each thread (it was previously throwing exceptions

            within a thread, which is incorrect as the exceptions would
get lost and never reported to the user).

- Enhanced OdbcFdoSchemaTest to also run the tests against Odbc Oracle
