Mostly. You can go ahead and submit tickets. The remaining items for 
Trac are:

- Fix the URL
- Hook it into our Drupal site
- Enable the pre/post commit hooks

For #1 look for a Drupal Navigation proposal from me later today. The 
commit hooks I'll wait on until we have proper visibility for Trac.
