[fdo-internals] Trac Moved

Folks,

As part of a restructuring of the OSGeo web services to proper distinct
virtual hosts, the Trac urls for FDO have changed to:

   http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo

Efforts to reach trac at the old /trac/fdo address or via www.osgeo.org will
no longer work.  It is expected that the service will remain stable at the new
url indefinately.
