[fdo-internals] 64bit related changes for 3.2.x?

Folks,

I'm interested in applying the following 3 changesets back to 3.2.x branch
in Fdo/Unmanaged/Src.

   http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/changeset/2512

They are all that is required for 64bit support in the FDO core, and I think
they are all small, understandable and safe.   How do folks feel about this?
I realize 64bit support in 3.2.x is not of any substantial priority.
