[fdo-internals] FDO RFC 7 - Add New Methods to FdoClassDefinition

I have couple of things:

I don't see motivation for this. 
Regarding "Editing property values" there is ReadOnly property in
PropertyDefiniton.
Regarding "Editing schema", I think in some cases view can be recreated
as table does. Also we already have Computed attribute of a Class
definition.

In general, I think this property will not be set by most of providers
and we be left "as it is".
This comes to point which I think we already have in FDO with some other
attributes which are not defined.
So it becomes more difficult to write FDO client which works with all
FDO providers.

Please, can you write more in detail in which cases this enhancment
should come handy ?
