[fdo-internals] FDO 3.2.x or 3.2.0

Obviously, support for Map and MGE 2008 are really important goals for
this provider.

However, my initial need is for it to support MapGuide Open Source
1.1.0.  Will the 3.2.2 version work with this?  I'm guessing not...
Perhaps we will need to build for 3.2.0 to support MapGuide Open Source
1.1.0, and then move on to 3.2.2 after testing, but it would be nice to
be able to test against the 3.2.2 clients too...
