I think it should be a motion, based on the guidelines on the Freenode
server.
Should probably discuss first:
I agree with Mateusz that it would be a good idea for the FDO project to
have an official relationship with FreeNode, ensuring that the #fdo
channel stays under our control. Does anyone object or have questions
about this? If there's no negative feedback within a couple days, I'll
forward a motion.

yes, we've already cleaned this task, i believe.

Sure, if there are no objections about my person for GCF contact, I
don't mind either.
Do you want me to submit GCF for FDO?
Should we discuss it withing PSC, or vote?
