I agree with this in general, but maybe we can do something like the
MapGuide vault:
trunk/Source -- this is where source is
trunk/www -- this is the www stuff
Then developers can map the source directory rather than the main trunk
and thus skip getting of /www all the time. Getting of /www has always
been an annoyance for me also, since I have Fdo subversion trees on 5
computers.

Subject: [fdo-internals] [motion] Removal of trunk/www
Hi,
I'd like to ask for removal of trunk/www directory or
not the whole directory but all files being generated,
ie. by doxygen.
The trunk/www directory makes SVN operations very long.
The checkout of trunk/www only on 2Mbps connection
is about 35 minutes.
Anytime I do svn status or svn update, it takes 15-20 minutes.
If it's not possible to remove trunk/www from the repo,
may be it's possible to move it out of the trunk, ie. to /trunk-docs
next to /trunk
Also, Jason noticed there are no doxygen configuration files in the
repo. Can we add them?
Cheers
