[fdo-internals] CheckoutSVN

I have no problem with this. Make the modifications as required.

NOTE: Initially checkoutsvn was simply intended to a be used as a
convenience script to handle the multiple gfo svn locations. Now that we
have only a single svn location it usefulness is less apparent.

Subject: [fdo-internals] CheckoutSVN

Hi all,

It looks like the checkoutsvn.bat file (at least) is hardcoded to use
SSL.

Do you think it would be a good idea to default this to non-ssl, or at
least provide the option? SSL adds a fair amount of overhead that isn't
necessary for non-developers. I'm guessing that even for a developer's
initial checkout it's probably lower-cost to do the initial checkout
under non-SSL, and then do an "svn sw"?
