[fdo-internals] Remove Generated Files

It is my understanding that by not removing ./configure, we maintain
accessibility.

It would be nice if the trunk could remain as accessible as possible to
non-developers.  I don't know what kind of effort there is using
autotools, but just wanted to get a word in.

Does this motion mean we are also removing ./configure from the SVN and
will require developers to generate ./configure, using autotools
utilities?
