Apparently the easiest way of doing this would be to create a special
branch for this (just the 3.2 PostGIS provider) in the main repository.
It could be removed when the 3.2 repositories are retired.

Oh, that was pretty lame of me. I forgot that the SQL Spatial provider
was based on the generic framework.
I put in a Trac ticket for the SVN repository:

At this time, SQL Server Spatial for 3.2.x is submitted and built from
the http://svn.osgeo.org/fdordbms/branches/3.2.x
<http://svn.osgeo.org/fdordbms/branches/3.2.x> repository. I would
really like it that we put the PostGIS 3.2.x code somewhere central so
that is can be maintained and accessed by the community.
Based on previous patches and PostGIS involvement, I will add Bruno as a
contributor.
