[fdo-internals] FDO OSGeo PostGIS Provider

Can thirdparty/pgsql not be shared with the version in trunk?  Are there
fdo version-specific parts to it?

To compile the postgis provider we also need 
  thirdparty\pgsql

So if we got that repository 
http://svn.osgeo.org/fdo/branches/PostGIS-3.2.x
Where do we add this thirdparty?
