Folks,

I'd like to ask if there are any objections against applying Bruno's big
patch?

I'm about to finish reviewing it by reading & applying & building.
I'll not cover it with tests in 100% because the PostGIS provider unit
test suite is incomplete (my fault, sorry :-) ). So, I rely on tests run
by Bruno and his Team.

Is this acceptable? Can I submit?
