[fdo-internals] FDO OSGeo PostGIS Provider

One thing i still don't get,
if we have that repository "http://svn.osgeo.org/fdo/branches/PostGIS-3.2.x"
that will contain all the postgis provider sources + compilation batch
files.
Correct me but the goal is to be able to get that repository and compile it.
To compile that provider we still need all the 3.2.x fdo.lib,fdo.h,...
Where do we get these?
