[fdo-internals] SDF Spatial Index Error... crashing SDF file?!

Hi all,

Just got an error report during INSERT-ing large dataset into the SDF file
using FDO managed wrappers:

"SDF spatial index error."


After that, any consecutive SDF file access yields:

"File is not an SDF file, or is an SDF file with an unsupported version."

...and SDF file itself seems to be broken somehow (it's not accessible
anymore).

What's the cause and is there any help to it?
