[fdo-internals] MOTION: Make FDO 3.0.0 RC3 the release

Hi PSC members,



I move that we promote FDO 3.3.0 RC3 to be the final release version of FDO 3.3.0.



There does not seem to be any more show stoppers in RC3 and whatever remains could be handled by a point release in the coming months.
