[fdo-internals] Annual Report

I made some minor changes in the opportunities section (added "write a new provider") but other than that it's great!

I have put together a draft Annual Report on the FDO Open Source project which you'll find here: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FDO_Report_2007

 

PSC members please review, add, or edit the report to improve accuracy and/or reflect your thoughts. If at all possible I would like everyone to review it and provide feedback by the middle of this week.
