[fdo-internals] PostGIS Defect : provider does not support views

If you have a view defined in postgis, you can not use it as the provider
does not list it in available featureclass or class. 

To make it available as a feature class would have to manually insert a
record for the view in the geometry_columns table.

I have created a ticket for it
