[fdo-internals] Info about an opened ticket (#349)

I've done that.

 

Unfortunately, neither FDO or MapGuide have a dedicated resource for
managing the trac instance, and ADSK folks (as far as I know) still use
their internal issue tracker primarily, so issues can easily be
overlooked, not categorized properly, etc.
