[fdo-internals] RE: FDO RFC 41 - Fetch Size is ready for review.

Hi,

The RFC says the fetch functionality will only be implemented meaningfully for the SQLite provider. Isn't that the provider that is actually least likely to benefit from this functionality, since it already has all the data in a local file?
