[fdo-internals] SQLite Provider issue

Hi guys

I met a issue now in SQLite provider port.

The current  code is already made with CMake, so to match all other providers 
means that i need replace current build for the one i'm working.
I don't know how is the policy to do that, since this will  effectively replace 
the only one working today.

So, can i go with replacement or there are any concern in this ?
