[fdo-internals] FDO RFC 43 - Standard FDO Class Naming Conventions

Naming standardisation is sorely needed. Currently in FDO Toolbox, I'm having
to code provider-specific hacks because of this naming discrepancy. I
shouldn't have to be doing this.
