[fdo-internals] RE: [mapguide-internals] FDO Provider naming change with King Oracle

Regardless of what is being released on the sl-king site, I don't at all feel comfortable changing the provider name is a x.x.1 point release that has existed for two official releases.

a lot of users would have used the more frequently updated
sl-king builds i believe which had differing naming instructions,
ie King.Oracle
