FYI. In order to build the OpenSSL components on Windows, you will need to install the nasm tool from:

                http://www.nasm.us/

I installed version 2.08.01 and it seems to work well.

You will also need to add the nasm install location to your PATH.

The FDO Trunk (3.6.0) has now been modified to use an updated set of Thirdparty components. The list of updated components are as follows:

Xerces 2.5.0 -> Xerces 3.1.0
Xalan 1.7.0 -> Xalan 1.11.0
GDAL 1.6 -> GDAL 1.7
Boost 1.34.1 -> Boost 1.42.0
LibCurl  7.16.4 -> LibCurl 7.20
OpenSSL 0.9.8e -> OpenSSL 1.0.0
