[fdo-internals] SDF 3.5

It seems that SDF from version 3.5 is unable to create :memory: SDF files.
I believe error is introduced in changeset

http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/ticket/556 )

This is stopper to use King.KML for FDO 3.5.
I guess this can be fixed for FDO 3.5 release ( unfortunately AutoCAD Map
with it is already out)
