[fdo-internals] GVC_TRACE_FILE and GenericRdbms

Hello list,

Which providers support the GVC_TRACE_FILE logging mechanism?  Some of the unit tests under Providers\GenericRdbms\Src\UnitTest\Common seem to indicate that GVC_TRACE may be supported as part of the generic RDBMS infrastructure (Microsoft SQL Server Spatial, ODBC, PostGIS, MySQL, and Autodesk Oracle Provider).
