I think this is a great idea. Cheney has been a great asset to the continued development of the ArcSDE, WMS, WFS and Rdbms providers.

Hi FDO PSC,

I would like to nominate Cheney as FDO project developer. Cheney Sun is SWD engineer at Autodesk. He did the following contribution to FDO project.


*         Implement FDO RFC23 for ArcSDE provider

*         Implement part of FDO RFC 51 - Update WFS provider to support 1.1.0

*         Update FDO RDBMS Providers to support most recent versions of : ArcSDE, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and PostGIS

*         Fix lots of WMS and WFS defects

I think he deserves an FDO project developer.
