[fdo-internals] Patch for ticket 835 (Ubuntu/CMake build fixes)

Hi All,

I've attached a patch for ticket 835 which will enable FDO 3.7 to build
cleanly in the following environments:

 - Ubuntu 12.04 with automake
 - Ubuntu 12.04 with CMake
 - CentOS 5.6 with automake

As I talked about in the 3.7 release thread, this patch will ensure clean
compilation via CMake, but the resulting binaries are still unusable by
MapGuide. However clean compilation means we have a solid foundation to fix
this issue for 3.8
