[fdo-internals] Patch for ticket 864: BUG in SQL Server Spatial FDO provider when using filter

Hi Jackie,

It is a general issue of almost all RDBMS. It should be caused by the fix for ticket #802 http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/ticket/802. 
Could you please check if this patch also works for #802?

I've attached a patch for ticket 864 (BUG in SQL Server Spatial FDO provider when using filter)

The patch tweaks the FDO filter analysis to always parenthesise the top-level operands if the top-level operator is a logical AND which is needed if the FDO attribute has a series of chained logical OR conditions like the example filter in the ticket.
