[fdo-internals] license of project overview on the website

Hello,

For the OSGeo live dvd we would like to include an overview of FDO,
similar to the ones already mentioned under
http://live.osgeo.org/en/overview/overview.html
FDO is the only OSGEO library currently missing.

I wanted to base myself on:
http://fdo.osgeo.org/overview.html
but I found no clear indication whether I could just use the text
(author or license). Rather than just copying the text I prefer to
attribute whoever needed.

For the OSGEO live dvd documentation we use the creative commons by
attribution license. More info here:
http://live.osgeo.org/en/copyright.html
