[fdo-internals] Please review RFC 66

I believe the intent was just to address the new API methods outlined in this RFC, not other aspects of the FDO API. This pattern has been (should be) used/implemented on an as-needed basis.

How far do you folks want to actually take this? 

Just to address this particular API in this RFC or APIs throughout the FDO .net API where it is desirable to be able to pass in a fully managed .net interface implementation to certain methods in the FDO .net API?

This could have far reaching implications (mainly positive ones) on the .net side
