[fdo-internals] Question about Branche 3.9

I see there is a 3.9 branches
But there is no 3.9 milestone!!

I was just wondering what's new since 3.8.
Not easy without a milestone.

Will the next release of Mapguide be build against 3.9 ?
Is there some new feature?
