 In order to build the King Oracle Provider, you will need to download and
 install the 'Oracle 10.2.0.3 Instant Client' for Windows from:

 http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/oci/instantclient/htdocs/winsoft.html

 The name of the installation file is 'instantclient-sdk-win32-
 10.2.0.3-20061115.zip'

 Following the installation, set the following FDO Windows environment
 variable:

 set FDOORACLE=[Oracle instant client path]

 e.g. set FDOORACLE=C:\oracle\instantclient\10.2\sdk
