 Oracle's ODBC driver does not support the fetching of primary keys for
 Views.  However, its metadata (which are coincidentally views) can be used
 to find the base table of a view.  The Schema Manager already knows how to
 use base table reading as a fall-back for primary key determination.  All
 that is required is to fill in the ODBC-specific override for base table
 reading.
