 The GDAL RFP.vcproj needs to be changed so that gdal_i.lib is used instead
 of gdal.lib.  This is required so that the extensions provided by Frank at
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/MapGuide_Open_Source_Using_the_Open_Source_Raster_Provider_with_Studio
 can be used.
