 Currently, the FDO SVN contains a full copy of the generated FDO
 documentation that appears on fdo.osgeo.org. This documentation will be
 removed from the SVN due to its large footprint and limited usefulness.

 In the future, updates to the fdo.osgeo.org site shall be done a ‘on
 request’ basis.
