 WmsProvider command GetSupporttedStyles failed for some layer, because the
 layer named as "BARRIERL_1M:Foundation" would be mapped to "BARRIERL_1M
 Foundation" as feature class name.
 So, we need to get the original layer name from its feature class name.
 The GetSupporttedCRS command also has the same problem, too.
