 When inserting or updating a geometry in a table that has a srid assigned
 postgis throw this error

 The execution of SQL statement failed with PostgreSQL error code:
 PGRES_FATAL_ERROR, ERROR: new row for relation "mytable" violates check
 constraint "enforce_srid_mygeometry"
