 Actually these two files are not really new one.
 Providers/PostGIS/Src/Provider/PgTablesReader.h
 Providers/PostGIS/Src/Provider/PgTablesReader.cpp
 They are just PgSpatialTablesReader.* renamed to PsTablesReader.*
 as they not only read spatial table but also non spatial tables.
 It makes thing clearer :)
