 The SDF provider doesn't persist the coordionate system name, part of the
 unique spatial context. When a valid WKT is missing it is impossible to
 say if the csys is lat/long or not. This is essential for computing
 correctly area/length. A solution to overcome this limitation is to pass
 in the csys name as WKT when the WKT is empty.
 Then the provider will check (when necessary) the WKT for popular lat/long
 csys like "LL84".
