 My understanding is that this is because the SDF provider returns the full
 WKT to both GetCoordinateSystem() and GetCoordinateSystemWKT().

 It may be better to just write null to auth_name and auth_code when
 reading from SDF, as there is no easy way of extracting the authority
 (EPSG or other) and their code from the SDF provider.
