Comment:

 Works in 2.1.  Details are in the MapGuide ticket.  The gdal provider
 behaves much better when you provide a CS for CS-less images through the
 use of a VRT, but you can also use in MapGuide natively by overriding the
 CS, and entering the map coordinates manually.
