The VERSIONINFO data in .rc files for the Windows FDO components has some
information which needs updating:
* years in the !LegalCopyright field need to be updated to 2009
* some !FileDescription and !OriginalFilename fields have typos
* the !ProductName field is not consistently set to "Feature Data
Objects"
* a couple components have missing Comment fields (SQL Server Spatial)
* some !InternalName fields are incorrect (SQL Server Spatial)
* one component (Managed SQL Server Spatial Overrides) has an incorrect
!CompanyName
