 An additional problem is that the !FileVersion field is not being updated
 for the 32-bit build.  This is because the field doesn't have enough
 characters for the !StampVer utility to set a version of the form
 3.4.0.xxxx.  The !FileVersions stored in the resource files currently look
 like 3.4.0.00.  To fix the problem they simply need to be changed to
 3.4.0.0000.
