#472: Move FDO .NET from old CLR syntax to the new CLR syntax

 FDO .NET still uses the old syntax, we should change the FDO .NET to use
 the new syntax.
 This will improve the API since and all destructors will be called.
 The changes will be in sandbox to allow users to test them.
