 When we select computed fields through FDO, a
 !FdoExpressionEngineUtilFeatureReader may be returned if the expression in
 not supported by the underlying database. However if you acquire the class
 definition from !FdoExpressionEngineUtilFeatureReader, the computed fields
 are not in it. Which is wrong

 This fix adds code to clone a class definition containing the computed
 fields when
 constructing the !FdoExpressionEngineUtilFeatureReader.
