 When constructing the WFS class definitions in
 FdoWfsConnection::GetSchemas(), the classes that are defined are not
 constructed with Class Capabilities


 The following code block needs to be added to the function.

 if (NULL == classCaps)
 {
     // Create the class capabilities.
     classCaps = FdoClassCapabilities::Create(*classDef.p);

     classCaps->SetSupportsLongTransactions(false);
     classCaps->SetSupportsWrite(false);

     // Set the class capabilities
     classDef->SetCapabilities(classCaps);
 }
