 If the Int64 value is negative (-1,-2 etc...) provider does not work.
 Strange behavior using the Fdo2Fdo tool and crashing Map3d 2011.

 Error reported when using the KingFdo provider:[[BR]]

 GetInt64 : ''Exception unrecognized, - objtype=void * __ptr64''
