 SDF Provider will not setting the defaut value of a property is that
 property is readonly.

 In Autocad Map3D when creating a SDF with a property with default value
 and readonly is true, then the features in this SDF created will lost the
 default values. And also, bulk copy makes the target SDF lost the default
 values even the sources are correct.
